The ripple effects of badly designed, poorly constructed packaging can spread quickly and exponentially, leaving the original cost of the malfunctioning box paling into insignificance. Our aim is to design and manufacture corrugated packaging systems that add value and perform reliably, at every single stage of the supply chain.

We have stringent quality procedures, backed by the necessary accreditations, plus testing facilities to ensure the boxes we design are fit-for-purpose and will stack and puncture well etc at the required specification.
CAD/CAM prototype design
At Encase our designers use the very latest design and prototyping software to develop new packaging solutions. These are demonstrated to customers visiting our Test Drive Centres. Here within one working day, we’ll work with you to design your new packaging, - and in most cases prototype an actual sample to take home.
